Cancellations and refunds:

Cancellations must be received via email (send notification to bernice.posey@asu.edu) to receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.  Notification must be received by March 27, 2009.  Refunds will be issued within 30 days of written notification.  No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
