
19th Annual AZ AIR Conference
Please complete a registration form for each member of your institution who will be attending the conference. The registration fee is $60.00 and will include breakfast, lunch, snacks and parking for Friday, April 4th. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment. All forms and fees should be received by March 28, 2008.

Cancellations and refunds:
Cancellations must be received via email (send notification to bernice.posey@asu.edu) to receive a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee. Notification must be received by April 3, 2008. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of written notification. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
